DMX‘s bankruptcy case has been thrown out of court. The rapper, real name (Earl Simmons) personal problems have been getting higher but he got lucky this case got dismissed in a New York court on Friday, November 8, 2013.
He had declared back in July, 2013 at he had money problem, he allegedly said he had less than fifty thousand dollar to his name (£33,330) in assets and debts of more than one million (£666,670). But a federal judge throughout out his claim saying he failed to provide trustworthy information in his bankruptcy paperwork.
According to Eonline.com, DMX now faces losing his possessions, including his share in a home in Mount Kisco, New York.
This hearing follows just days after he had been arrested in South Carolina last Monday, charges include driving with a suspended license and without insurance, and driving an unlicensed vehicle. It was the star’s fourth arrest this year (13).November 4, 2013.
